Description:
This course is a hands-on training the details the creation of a web-enabled process asset library (PAL). It is intended as a follow-on to the process cartography course. It details how to construct a maintainable process asset library with a graphical user interface (process cartography model). 
The course covers:

• Web site architecture
• Asset repositories
• Project work breakdown structure (WBS)
• Web integration of process cartography models and asset repositories.

Intended Audience:
The course is primarily technical and therefore directed at the staff responsible for building and maintaining your PAL. It is beneficial if some management staff participates primarily to assist with to organization of the WBS.
