Description:
This course is the foundation course for any organization that is undertaking a process improvement initiative. It provides the framework for the discovery of existing development practices and supports process analysis.
Upon completion of the course the attendees will have the ability to:

• Discover your existing development practices
• Create web-enabled process map
• Build a hyperlink supported process asset library

Intended Audience:
Senior Staff with knowledge of the development process. Junior or entry level staff that will be assigned as cartographers.
